  • Supporting research and innovation amongst healthcare professionals
  • Improving disease control and prevention in the MENA region through provision of research and consultancy projects.
  • Supporting research network with and within the Middle East and North Africa region: through capacity building, registries, globalization of clinical trials, short- and long-term research courses and fellowships
  • Supporting capacity building in the healthcare sector with focus on staff professional skills and capacity building towards research, disease control and prevention.
  • Application of health economics in the national healthcare system and in individual organizations.
  • Attracting international investments in Research and Development in pharmaceutical industries and medical fields 
  • Supporting investigators initiated studies in the MENA region.
  • Supporting governments and organizations in achieving targets in reducing mortality, morbidity and saving resources starting with common healthcare problems. Feasible and measurable objectives and indicators will be provided for each project.
  • Providing consultancy in infection control in the MENA region.
  • Partnership with international organizations  in achieving their objectives of providing support for healthcare to the MENA region.
  • Supporting reform of primary healthcare services in Jordan and the region
  • Supporting focus on clinical quality indicators
  • Maximizing clinical and quality utilization of electronic health systems.
  • Supporting government in national screening programs utilizing principles of regular systematic screening while using local data starting with pilot project. 
  • Supporting national and organizations based registries to support patients health care and Research and Development
  • Control of infectious diseases and capacity building in this field:
 
  • Providing professionals with skills and knowledge that will improve their professional career in infection control.
  • Establishing an e-Portal and database on infection control in Jordan that can be used as a regional Point of reference for universities, researchers, policymakers and professionals.
  • Creating a common infection control management network
  • Supporting national bodies with epidemiological and health economics studies on vaccines to assist them in formulating decisions based on local data
  • Working with local and international bodies on supporting immunization for high-risk groups including the elderly.
  • Supporting local, regional and international efforts in Biosafety and Biosecurity. (Training, consultancy and research).
  • Assisting in the application of personalized medicine/Precision medicine at the regional levels and international collaboration in this field. 
  • Supporting application of health economics in healthcare organizations
  • Supporting the role of clinical pharmacology and medications safety programmers in the healthcare system
  • Initiating Non-communicable diseases’ epidemiology and prevention projects
  • Conduct of health promotion activities according to countries’ priorities
  • Establishment of preventive services such as smoking cessation clinics, familial cancer management, and non-communicable diseases prevention clinics starting with CVDs and diabetes.
  • Conduct of pilot projects in the region to assess the value of different public health interventions.
  • Ongoing Fellowship and Diploma in areas of needs for physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers.
  • Providing continuous educational activities and running international summits and conferences.
  • Research capacity-building in the region
  • Projects and training in healthcare management
  • Fellowships and diploma in advanced medical research and in general practice for example Oncology for GPs, Diabetes for GPs, et al.
  • Providing faculty development programmers for Universities and Hospitals in the MENA region.
  • Providing accreditation for public health programmers in the MENA region.
  • Supporting patients and community education. Work should start with research projects to assess baseline education and needs of patients as well as their families/carers
